Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your skin and your experience with our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility:

Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 12 days of receiving your order.
  • The product was purchased directly from our website.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery due to health and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Products:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 4-6 days of receiving it. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at bellitaofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The product(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photo evidence mandatory

We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps and return instructions.

4. Refunds:

In case of a refund to be claimed, kindly contact our customer care on +91-9158860111 or write to us on bellitaofficial@gmail.com with the necessary images and videos related to your claim with subject line “Refund For ”. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

5. Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased during a sale or with discount codes (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Trial/sample sizes

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
